Conservation/Extinction
This is a Thylacine. A Thylacine is basically a cross between the Tasmanian tiger and Tasmanian wolf. This species is unfortunately extinct. While the Thylacine looks like a fierce and vicious animal, it turns out that were quite friendly and not hard to capture. Hundreds if not thousands of animal species have gone extinct since the 1700’s and there are more than likely a lot more that we have yet to discover.

The thylacine is kind of one of those it is so ugly it is cute animals. From just looking at it you would think it was more of a viscous animal. It really is sad that because it was a trusting animal it is now extinct.
ReplyDeleteI have never even heard of this animal, but this is so interesting because the animal does look quite mean. That is very unfortunate that it is extinct because seeing animals so rare like this would be such a sight to see.
ReplyDeleteIt’s crazy to think that so many animals are going extinct because of issues we cause. Some common species that we all see in our backyards are known to be going extinct.
