Energy and the Environment By: Jack Schiffhauer

 In this short article I found a couple reasons why we need efficient and clean energy systems. The research that was found by scientists but was not given out to the public says that “we will explore current and new technology to improve the efficiency of various emphasized energy systems”. These new technologies include geothermal energy, solar power, and wind. They also found some sustainable environmental systems they need to do more research is needed to understand the ecosystems components. Some include water, climate and atmospheric science, and environmental biology. I believe they can pull off new energy with the water, wind and solar power if they put enough time and energy and research and prove they can do us better and we can have a chance to save the world from dying more.

    I liked that you found an article in which scientist were actually trying to research and figure out ways to obtain efficient and clean energy systems, rather than just stating the problem, pointing out ways to solve the problem, and not doing anything to solve them.
